These Website Terms and Conditions apply to the MaxxRoof website and its information, estimate-request forms and online-payment features.
1. Website information
The information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It does not constitute a roofing evaluation, construction contract, warranty or guarantee that a particular property qualifies for MaxxGuard LionsRoar treatment.
2. Starting prices
Prices displayed on this website are starting prices only. The standard MaxxGuard LionsRoar service currently starts at $7,500, and service including new gutters currently starts at $9,500. Final pricing depends on roof size, condition, pitch, accessibility, materials, repairs and the final written scope of work.
3. Free estimates
Estimates are free unless the customer agrees in writing to a separate charge for specialized testing or services. An estimate is not a contract or guarantee of service availability.
4. Inspection and eligibility
MaxxRoof must inspect the property before determining whether treatment, repair or replacement is appropriate. Some roofs may have deterioration, structural damage or other conditions that make treatment unsuitable.
5. Written agreement required
No roofing project is authorized by submitting a website form, selecting a package or making an online payment. Work will proceed only after MaxxRoof and the property owner sign a written contract describing the work, materials, price, payment schedule, estimated dates, warranties and other required terms.
6. Online payments
Online-payment links are intended only for amounts stated in an approved written contract or invoice. Customers should include their name, property address and invoice or agreement number. An online payment does not modify the signed agreement or authorize additional work.
7. Payment timing
MaxxRoof will follow New York law governing payments for roofing services. Material charges may be invoiced after delivery to the property and must be disclosed in writing. The remaining contract balance may be invoiced after successful completion of the contracted work.
8. Changes to the project
Changes to the scope, materials, price or schedule must be described in a written change order and approved by the property owner and MaxxRoof before the additional or changed work is performed.
9. Scheduling
Start and completion dates are estimates unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise. Weather, unsafe conditions, material availability, permits, inspections, concealed damage and circumstances beyond MaxxRoof’s reasonable control may affect scheduling.
10. Warranties
Any workmanship or product warranty will be stated in the signed project agreement. Website descriptions do not create additional warranties. MaxxGuard LionsRoar is not represented as a repair for structural failure or as a guarantee that a roof will never leak.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by New York law. The signed project agreement will control if it conflicts with general information displayed on the website.
